How do I book a tour?

Can I book several tours through you?

Yes. You can book multiple tours through our site, and we're happy to help you put together an itinerary that fits your time in Broome and the Kimberley. Each tour is booked separately through the relevant operator's system. If you'd like help coordinating dates and logistics, just get in touch.

How do I check availability and current prices?

Prices on our site are indicative and may not reflect the most current pricing — always confirm the final price in the booking system before completing your reservation.

Why do some bookings open Rezdy or FareHarbor?

Our partner operators use different booking platforms to manage their reservations. Rezdy and FareHarbor are both secure, well-established systems used widely across Australian tourism. When you click a booking button on our site, you'll be taken to the operator's own booking page on whichever platform they use. Your booking is made directly with the operator — we don't hold your payment details.

How will I receive my booking confirmation?

Booking confirmations are sent by the operator's booking system — either Rezdy or FareHarbor — to the email address you provide when booking. Check your confirmation carefully, as it will include your booking reference, tour details, meeting point, and any instructions specific to your experience.

What if I haven't received my confirmation?

First, check your spam or junk folder — automated booking emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, contact us with your name, the tour you booked, and your booking date. We'll help you track it down. Please don't send payment card details by email or through our contact form.
