- 1. Legal business entity name — confirm the registered business name or ABN holder to use in Section 1.
- 2. Privacy contact email — confirm a dedicated privacy contact email address to add to Sections 1 and 10.
- 3. Privacy Act applicability — confirm whether the business meets the threshold for coverage under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (generally applies to businesses with annual turnover above $3 million, or those that trade in personal information). If the Act applies, the policy should say so and reference the Australian Privacy Principles.

- 6. Payment process — confirm how payments are taken (e.g. through a booking platform, by phone, by invoice) and whether any payment details pass through your systems. Update Section 5 accordingly.
- 7. Retention periods — if you have a defined retention period for customer records, add it to Section 8.
- 8. Overseas providers — confirm any other overseas providers used (e.g. email platform, CRM) and add them to Section 9 if applicable.
- 9. Legal review — consider having this policy reviewed by a privacy lawyer or adviser before publication, particularly if the Privacy Act applies to your business.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to handling your personal information responsibly. If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, please contact us through the enquiry form on our Contact Us page.
2. Information we collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, including through our website enquiry form, email, phone and booking channels. This may include your name, email address, phone number, approximate travel dates, the number of adults and children in your party, booking references and the content of your enquiries and correspondence with us.
We also collect information about how you interact with our website through analytics tools (see Section 6 below).
We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for our business functions. We do not ask you to submit payment card details through our enquiry forms.
3. How we collect and use your information
We collect your information when you submit an enquiry through our website, contact us by email or phone, or make a booking through us or through a booking platform we use.
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, provide travel advice, arrange and manage bookings for tours and experiences, and provide customer support. We may also use your contact details to follow up on an enquiry you have made with us.
If you have opted in to receive our newsletter or travel updates, we will use your email address for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time (see Section 7).
4. Sharing your information
We may share your personal information with tour operators, cruise companies and other service providers where this is necessary to arrange or manage a booking or experience on your behalf. We only share information that is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
We may also share your information with technology and platform providers that help us operate our website and manage enquiries. These providers are required to handle your information appropriately.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Payments
Please do not send payment card details through our enquiry forms or by email. If payment is required for a booking, we will advise you of the appropriate and secure method to use.
6. Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to help us understand how visitors use the site. We use an analytics service provided by GoDaddy (the platform on which this website is hosted) that collects information about page visits and interactions such as button and link clicks.
When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner will ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you accept, click-event data may be collected. If you decline, click-event collection is not activated. Your preference is stored in your browser's local storage for up to 12 months.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies for this website. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other third-party advertising or tracking technologies on this website.
7. Marketing communications
We may send you travel inspiration, news or offers by email if you have opted in to receive them. The newsletter opt-in on our enquiry form is optional and unticked by default — submitting an enquiry does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
8. Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
9. Overseas processing
Some of the technology providers we use to operate our website and manage enquiries may store or process information outside Australia. This may include our website hosting provider (GoDaddy, based in the United States) and any booking platforms we use. Where information is processed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled appropriately.
10. Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the enquiry form on our Contact Us page. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us in the first instance and we will do our best to resolve it.
